MURDER PROPOSALS
It's time to murder! This is the page where you'll submit your murder proposals for the current week and get your stab on. As murder proposals are the driving force behind murder for Bannerline, we encourage any and all proposals!
So how does this all work? Murder proposals will be due on Tuesday, @ 3:00 PM EST/12:00 PM PST for the current week. If no proposals are submitted by that time, we'll move to a rolling system but this is not encouraged IC or OOC.
If you submit a proposal we'll get back to you midafternoon Tuesday EST if your proposal has been accepted, along with the details and the approved victim. If for some reason we need to deny your proposal, you'll also hear back from us with the reason why. We may also tell you that your proposal will need to be deferred the following week if we receive too many.
To submit a proposal you'll need to submit a few basic details about the murder—we're happy to help you hash out the case during the week, and the victim(s) can add their own touches as well—so no need to go too into detail here. For your reference, you can also find a sample proposal in the comments below so you can get a sense for what we're looking for. Character: Who you're playing, plus any accomplices that will be participating in the murder
Proposed Victim(s): Your victim or victim(s), limit two per case. Please list up to three potential victims in order of preference.
Method of murder: So what's happening? Poisoned cake? Waiting around the corner with a pitchfork? Catching anyone alone at a certain location?
Etc: Anything else you think we should know!
SAMPLE MURDER PROPOSAL

Character: Pennywise
Proposed Victim(s): Kefka, Dimentio or Krusty. Pennywise is only looking to kill one of them!
Method of murder: Pennywise will drive the clown car over next to the gift shop tent before going inside and lurking around. He'll be trying to make a small commotion in there to draw someone in from the outside so he can scare them and then beat them over the head with a snowglobe. After they're dead, he'll move them into the clown car and use the body to weigh the gas pedal down so it can drive into the bonfire in a (metaphorical) blaze of glory.
Etc: I'm also open to doing two vics if someone has volunteered to go out! Pennywise cares not as long as he gets blood.
